Youth Retreat - Growing Together in Faithfulness
January 10-12, Grades 9,10,11,12
Kick off the year right by coming to the Youth Retreat! Join Camp Blue Diamond and the Middle PA District as we welcome David Fehr. David has been on staff at CBD and graduated from Lancaster Theological Seminary. Together we will look at the parable of the mustard seed and other scriptures, exploring how we can grow the Kingdom of God in ourselves and each other. Don’t miss this awesome weekend full of your camp favorites: friends, games, singing, worship, group building activities, sledding/tubing and more.
The retreat starts at 7 pm on Friday night and ends at 1 pm on Sunday afternoon. Cost is $70 ($80 after Jan.b. 1). To register complete a registration form or register online.
Jr. High Retreat
Jr. High Retreat - Serve One Another
February 7-9, Grades 6,7, & 8
Enjoy a weekend at CBD with your friends and favorite summer camp counselors. As Christians we are called to live in freedom, but freedom doesn't mean 'living to satisfy our own desires'. Freedom means 'being free from our culture's demand to act and think certain ways, and being open to loving God, loving others and serving others'. Together we will look at the many forms of service we can do for one another, and we'll explore the Brethren's long history of service, including BVS. Don’t miss this awesome weekend full of your camp favorites: friends, games, singing, worship, group building activities, sledding/tubing and much more! Be sure to bring your Bible, sleeping bag and pillow, flashlight and warm clothes for outside activities.
