Choose which fee you pay!
Camp Blue Diamond is using the pricing model we introduced in 2023 that allows you to choose which fee you pay. Each camp is broken up into 3 different fees: the Standard fee, the Supporter's fee, and the Sustainer's fee. Each level is described below.
Only the office will know which level you choose, and every camper will receive the exact same quality summer camp experience. If your church pays a portion of the fee, your choice will not lock the church into the same fee, nor will the church know which option you selected. Churches will be given the independent choice to choose their portion of the fee. We encourage you to choose the level that most closely reflects your ability to pay for summer camp. Standard Fee
The Standard fee is our commitment to keeping summer camp affordable for every camper, although it does not accurately reflect the actual financial cost of a camper. This fee is made possible through the generous support of our congregations and donors.
Supporter's Fee
The Supporter's fee more closely reflects the actual cost of a camper attending summer camp, including expenses people don't think about such as meals, utilities, counselor and other staff pay, building and grounds maintenance, program supplies, accreditation and permits, etc.
Sustainer's Fee
The Sustainer's fee will cover the cost of camp, plus allow Camp Blue Diamond to continue to provide summer camp for everyone. By choosing this fee families would help further the mission of Camp Blue Diamond by covering the cost of camp for their child and helping us make the standard fee available to those who need it, along with paying our summer staff a more competitive rate.

Financial Aid
Camp Blue Diamond offers ways to lower your camp fees. Everyone can save money by registering before March 1. Families with 2 or more campers attending may receive the sibling discount. Maybe your church will pay 1/2 or more of your fee. Families with incomes of less than $60,000 can ask for a scholarship. Read below for details.
Early Bird Discount
Register before March 1 and you can receive a discount off the price listed! Early bird discount is $20 for a week long camp, $15 for a 3 day camp, $10 for a 2 day camp, and $5/person for Family Camp.
Multiple Sibling Discount
Multiple Siblings - If there are two or more children attending Camp summer camp from one family, and you are not asking for a scholarship, the family may request a Sibling Discount. Starting with the second and each subsequent child, families with multiple children can receive a discount of $25 for any camp session. The whole discount comes off the family's portion of the fee - not the church's. Sorry - The Sibling Discount cannot be used for Family Camp.
Scholarship Aid
If requesting scholarship aid, the Scholarship Application page of the paper Registration Form must be completed. Scholarships are based solely on income level. To see if you qualify, check out the Scholarship Application page of the paper Registration Form. Families may not request both scholarship aid and the Multiple Siblings Discount. Families cannot register online if requesting a scholarship. They need to complete the paper Registration Form.
Church Stipend
If your church is paying a portion of the fee, do not pay their portion. The church will be automatically billed by Camp after you have attended camp. Your choice of pricing tier does not affect the church's portion. Families requesting Sibling Discount or scholarship aid can also receive a church stipend.
Note to Churches: You will be billed for your campers in July, after the children have been to camp. Churches - Please wait for this invoice before paying.
Extended Payments
Parents may request to make extended payments. To do this: Check the appropriate box on the paper Registration Form and mail in a deposit of at least $25/camper. Parents will receive a bill for the balance due. Parents will need to make payments in the period leading up to the camp. Payment must be made in full by the beginning date of camp. Any Family may request extended payments, but you have to fill out the paper Registration Form (not online registration) and check the appropriate box.
