Summer Camp Staff

If you love camp and enjoy working with kids, nothing is better than working at camp and getting paid too. Summer Staff : counselors, lifeguard, ropes/tower director, naturalist, crafts director, kitchen and maintenance are hired for the summer. Program Staff must be at least 18 yrs. old. Support Staff - kitchen and maintenance workers must be at least 16. Staff members must be committed Christians, enjoy children & youth, and have to be able to live in harmony with others. All positions are currently open for summer 2026.  

Besides being fun, being on staff is a great learning experience too. Staff members grow in faith and leadership and communication skills. For those interested in teaching, ministry, social work or just being a parent, it’s terrific on the job training! Pay is based on experience and starts at $250/week + room & board.   

Summer Volunteers (counselors, kitchen or maintenance) are needed and CIT's (Counselor In Training) too. Volunteers need to be age 18+. CIT's need to be in high school, and have completed CIT Camp before serving as a CIT. To apply to be a Volunteer or CIT contact Camp.
